I’ve traveled economy on long haul flights only to waste my first couple of days at my destination because I desperately need some decent sleep to get over the flight…
And quite frankly while I told myself I wasn’t jet lagged I probably was and “not quite with it” which translates to not being fully aware of my surroundings and risking my safety!

And being very blunt its essential for starting that trip not only refreshed, energized and ready to go…
But also being safe, present and truly experiencing the best of your destination.
