The first time I clicked the button to book a long haul business class ticket, my heart was in my mouth and my stomach was doing olympic style flip flops…

I was filled with a combination of excitement, fear and audacity! 

But as I settled into the spacious seat and was greeted with a warm smile and a glass of champagne...

I realized this was more than just a comfortable way to travel. 

It was a lesson in empowerment. 

With every mile flown, I was teaching myself as a woman…
